How do I import ACAD drawings into 3D Studio Mx?

After practicing with a few projects in 3D Studio Max 3-4... I am ready to start importing some wire frame 3D drawings from ACAD (2000-2002). Any help with this issue will be appreciated.

Well, if you just want to import 3D Wireline drawings to MAX, the simplest thing to do is to export from AutoCAD to the 3DS file format. You can then import 3DS into MAX.

Well the simplest way is just importing the dwg in MAX, but it won't import everything...

So the best way is what the cadtutor said... 8)
