Image doesn't appear. UCS?

I try to load an image in my drawing and it doesn't appear, I see the frame of the image but not the image in it even if everything seems under control in the image manager. Could it be because my drawing has been rotated with the 3dOrbit command and now my x,y,z HUD is now in 3D, because when I insert the image in another drawing that hasn't been rotated everything's OK.

What is your SHADEMODE set to? sometimes this geek's out an image. are you inserting it as a raster or using image manager?

I agree with StykFacE. Set SHADEMODE to 2D vireframe and probable it will fix the situation.
