File Opening Menu/3d Question

I am trying to open a file, and the drop down menu does not show up. Instead it asks me the file path and type in the command prompt. Does anyone know how to get the drop down menu to reappear?

Also I am trying to plot a 3d rendering, how do I get the walls to be shaded a color? I shaded it model space, but when it prints, it only prints the lines in my color, not the entire wall.

If you're not getting the "Select File" dialog box when you go to the File menu and select open, just type FILEDIA at the c-prompt and change the setting to 1.

For plotting the 3D rendering, check the shade plot setting in the plot manager.
