Let me preface this by saying that I've been using AutoCAD for almost a decade now, and LDD for about 6 years, and I'm amazed at how it can still manage to throw goony stuff like this at me after all of this time.
Anyway, so I'm doing a conceptual layout for a subdivision (I'm in Civil), and I go to calculate the area of a boundary by using the Inquiry/Area By Polylines command and I get an answer in metric units (hectares to be more precise). I go to check the units of my drawing in the DDUNITS dialogue and the Drawing Setup/Units dialogue and both are set to how they should be. What's even more baffling is that it will label lines with the proper bearing and distance and decimal formatting that we use. It seems to be a conflict soley with how the software calculates areas.
I've audited, purged and restarted my computer. It's now doing this in two different files. Any and all advice would be appreciated because I've got a fairly nice workstation and would hate to be forced to throw it off the roof of my building.
