Hi everybody... I need some help with a problem... I have a square and from two side by side corners start two lines going towards the middle of the square but both lines have specified lengths and i have to find out where the ends of the lines join. Is there any command to join them at the end and find out the coords ??

This is a picture of the case and the red lines have to join at the end. Thanks in advance.

You can use apparent intersection osnap, app. So you could use the ID command, pick or type app, pick each line.

You can also fillet with a radius of 0 (hold shift down while picking the two lines.) Fillet, hold shift down, pick both lines.

You could use extend, pick the square (or just hit enter 2x) pick both lines.

Sorry, i forgot to mention... i can't modify the length of the lines... it's like i have to rotate them until the ends join.

why cant you? I mean do you not know how or are you not supposed to?

I didn't see the square you mention, but

create a circle with center at lower left intersection with radius to the upper endpoint of left red line. (I changed to blue)

create a circle with center at lower right intersection with radius to the upper endpoint of right red line. (I changed to yellow)

where the intersect is the location where the two lines would meet as the endpoints rotated around the arcs.
