On this website I noticed awhile back the link to the world map which pinpoints where in the world the visitors are loggin on from, I know that it updates daily but I can never find myself on it the next day. I'm from Leicester, England. I thought this was a brilliant idea so I thought i'd stick it on my website http://www.gvisit.com/map.php?sid=e978f8a9eebacab137f46909d5b29b63. After a long time with not tracking anyone I noticed today someone from Hull had logged in.
God knows who that is. But anyway I'm wandering why there isn't more people on it. Any ideas CADTutor?

Gvisit logs the location of the last 20 visitors to your website or the last 100 if you make a donation. The problem is that not all visitors can be traced to a specific location and so they don't appear on the map. Also, some ip addresses will resolve to the visitor's ISP location rather than their home, so that can confuse things a little - it depends a lot on how the ISP has the ip allocation system set up. In general, it's only going to give a ballpark idea but it is interesting and a bit of fun. :)

thanks I've had more visitors recently and it's quite exciting I keep checking back to see if I have any more friends.
