Drawing Properties and Multiple Child help ( 2 seperate issues)

Hi,

I have created a standard project for my company to use, so we can start every project from same set of drawings and either add/delete components depending on job spec.

For this i name all the Drawaings TSM100001,TSM100002,TSM100003 etc

when i make a copy of the folder and add it to acade manager, it works find but then i right click on a drawing file and go to drawing properties, i have change under IEC - Style Designators >> Project code TSM100001 to say HHT1434601 for each drawing which takes forever, i tried editing the database but it doesnt seem to write back to acade only reads acade.

Also i some components say an instrument with tag 1234E, I then have a child of this instrument on another page which is 1234E, i then have 4 wires 2 at instrument side and 2 at terminal side and i want to make all them siblings with tag 1234E, but i am having to right click and use edit componenet with each wire to assign it the tag, is there any way to do all five in one go?

I have found the solution to the parent child issue.

Under Schematic>> Edit Components>> Find/Edit/Replace Component Text

The quick command is AEFINDCOMPTEXT.

Still looking for initial problem's solution though
