How to Toolbars, Acad 2006..........

New to forum.
I just installed 2006. I have been using 2000 for several years. Question is, How do you get the toolbars that you need? The old view>toolbars brings up a dialog box that for some reason I can't figure out.

Just rightclick on a toolbar and you can add or remove toolbars.
