can i know how to turn 3d mesh to 3d solid?
and tutorial about the layout out the drawing?

And welcome in our Forum!
You can not transform surfaces to solids. Not directly. Depending on your mesh, you can try to help your self.

Why do you need to convert it ?

There may be an easier way to
achieve what you are trying to do.
