I WANT IT AT ZERO, BUT IT SHOWS UP AT 1.
After you set it to zero when does it revert back to one? After you save and reopen or after you plot one time?

I DON'T KNOW WHEN IT CHANGES.
I WANT IT TO CHANGE THE LINES ALL AT ONCE SO I DON'T HAVE TO DO IT IN EVERY SHEET INDIVIDUALLY. I HAVE LIKE 20 SHEETS.

Hi,
I think that the system variable PSTLSCALE must be 0. And after do that you must be do a REGENALL VIEWPORTS in tne paper space to see the results.
Bye,
Yolanda

By "sheets" do you mean separate drawing files? Then yes you need to set LTSCALE/PSLTSCALE separately for each drawing.
If you would explain the situation in more detail it can probably be resolved with a lot less yelling - I mean fewer posts.

by sheets, I mean the little tabs at the bottom.

You should be able to just set it once...
Most people use one of the two following setups:
1. LTSCALE = 0.5xDIMSCALE, PSLTSCALE = 0
2. LTSCALE = 0.5, PSLTSCALE = 1
Does one these apply to you?

LTSCALE=48
PSLTSCALE=0

Kate did you reverse something? Maybe because you're working in architectural units. I would have said:
1. LTSCALE=dimscale or viewport scale, PSLTSCALE=0
2. LTSCALE=1 (or maybe less depending on preferences), PSLTSCALE=1
and if working with viewports at different scale, must go with option 2.

What you are wanting is for each layout to have psltscale set to 0. When you create the first layout you should set this variable to 0 then when you copy the layout all of the settings will copy with it. Obviously you have decided to change the psltscale after each layout was created so it sounds like your stuck changing them one by one. :P

Kate did you reverse something?
Oops, you're right. I wrote it backwards. I'll fix it so I don't confuse anybody else. :-)

Open each Sheet you use (instead of drawings) and go into MSPACE,
set PSLTSCALE to 0, and your LTSCALE to what you want. Save the Sheets. You can always overrule it once inserted as template

Our office has all of the sheet layout tabs in all of our drawing templates with the PSLTSCALE already set to '0', so that when we bring in a template with a new drawing, the setting is already there. If we create any new sheet layout(s) in any given drawing, we have to go into the paper space for each new sheet layout, and set the PSLTSCALE to '0'. Sometimes you don't see the change until you open the viewport and regenerate. Then the change is visible to the eye, although if you plot without regenerating, it still comes out as changed. I regen in this case just for my own visual benefit.
I don't know if there is a default setting somewhere where you could change the PSLTSCALE setting to default to '0'. Anybody else out there know about that?
