I need insert text with position x y (E,N)

as I can insert text on position x and y? I need to insert it on points with coordinates UTM.

While I don't fully understand what you are trying to do.....try the following...
Insert the text anywhere close to where you want it, then highlight the text and place your cursor over the grip node that appears, and type the coordinates where you want the text to be. The selected text will be sent to those coordinates.
If you want to type the text at those coordinates, then enter the coords at the command prompt when asked to specify start point.
