INTERNAL REVISION ON DRAWINGS

First i will like to say thanks to every body..... When i need a solution you get me out of trouble, I dont have to look somewhere else for that thanks.....

My question?
I need to incorporate an internal revision reference to keep track of our updates on each drawing, example:

INTERNAL REVISOIN IN PROGRESS, RELEASE#:______, DATE:____, UNDER CONTROL OF:__________________

I will like to put this on my block to print but when i need to get it submitted to the customer. I dont want this internal revision to show on each print i will be submitting and there will be lots of them. Any recomendations...

Could you maybe have this on its own layer and disable the layer from printing when you need to send them externally?

a layer would control all of them,on different layouts.
