Different scale room names

So I've an overall shown @ 1/16. I've got zooms to 1/8, and blow ups at a quarter.

So've I've got three layers with room names, one for each scale. So if something changes it has to be changed three times.

Is there a way to have text and dims react to what scale you're plotting at, and show themselves accordingly?

In VBA you can read out the plotting scale, so you could couple it the Dims
