Wipeout command

I am trying to get used to the new features in 2004 and am having a few problems with the wipout command. I am trying to wipeout an area in a layout - paper space and then have text over the top. When i create the wipeoput - i can see that it blanks out an area but when i put the text over the top, or zoom in and out the wipeout are dissapears and does not print out.

Any one any ideas??? I am sure i am not using it correctley?? :?

What you are probably seeing is missing functionality in Draworder.

Draworder was improved significantly in 2005.
