ellipse dimensions

I have to give a class presentation about putting dimensions on an ellipse. Basically all I need to know is the correct placement of the dimensions. The program we are using is Ashar-Vellum Graphite. I've tried looking for tutorials, but the official Graphite website's tutorials will not open. And I do not have the money necessary to buy a book. Any information would me most helpful. Thank you.
