Just wondering David, what comes after senior member in the small radio-like buttons under a member's name when they do a post ?
Could the next one after senior member be ancient member ?
or
most worthy cadder
or
chief CAD consultant
or
most noble order of the CADTutor ?
What criteria do you need to meet to advance from senior member ?
Will this ever happen ?
Will there be a test ? - a knighthood ?
Are 5 radio buttons achievable ?
Who can aspire to the top and how long will it take them to get there ?
Many ponderables ! Probably of no importance !
Rob.

 Rob, there are six ranks in total (at the moment) and they are all dependent on the number of posts a user has made.
They fall in the following order:
Novice 1 post
Junior Member 10 posts
Full Member 25 posts
Senior Member 100 posts
Super Member 500 posts
Forum Deity 2000 posts
It's possible that I may review ranks in the future but that's how they stand at the moment.

Does that mean youll have to eventually create another rank when members start reaching 2000 posts?

I guess so. Perhaps the "Master of the Universe" rank will require 5000 posts

Thanks David.
A full member would be just fine
A super even more divine
But a forum deity's a rarity
An uncommon commodity
Found in people who have plenty of free time.
I just felt a limmerick coming on
Perhaps superjari should rename herself to fulljari until she is promoted !

Was the Photo of The Project posted here or what are you talking about? Was there a contest going on that I didn't know about?

:D Randy, what on earth are you talking about? I also took Superjari as female  or it must be his feminin side that confused us.
I changed my idea about SuperJ. gender when he posted some pictures about some demonstrations in England.
I realised SJ was a guy with many dreams and a wishful thinking  .
:P a picture tells more than 1001 words.

If I would have been that girl that used to be in my avatar, I probably wouldn't be on a CAD-forum, but playing tennis or doing modeling..... 8)
OK, so everyone knows, I'm not a girl...

:D You are aware that this is a heavy statement. Are you trying to say that only nerd, not so pretty women are attached to Autocad Forums?
Everything you say from now on is against you :D

OK theres a very small possibility then that some pretty girls might use an AutoCAD forum :) .Are you one of the small possibilties then? :D . My apologies if you are. Theres more of a mix of sexes in the AutoCAD industry than in engineering generally, but its still predominantly blokes who do CAD.Nice to see more women getting involved in the industy. If youd asked me 4 years ago what I thought of forums I'd say they're for nerds, but I now realise they arent at all, just a great social exchange of information, related to a topic your interested in. You can ask a silly question in a forum that you'd just not consider asking at work,as someone might look at you and think, you dont know that! Can also help others out who are in a spot of bother,it's more anonymous and its not about scoring points.

:D Never play with possibilities.
If you meet up at work as you attend to a beauty/ intelligence contest than you will turn out into a frustrated dry prune, hitting anywhere but the top :D .

We use to say about the people who lie that they have two faces. -probable this expression exists in English too.
My conclusion:
If someone has two faces, is a bad person.
People having one face are good, lovely and friendly (am I right, Hyposmurf?).
Those of us having no faces are... I let you to complete the expression in a logical way (so, having less faces is better!)
The older of us probable can remember the previous look of our Forum. It was easy to make the difference between boys and girls, just look at the arrow in this old screen capture and you will understand what I mean. Sorry for the image quality.

Fuccaro, where on Earth did you get that screen shot? I had forgotten just what the old forum looked like. Actually, I erased it from my memory. I had so many problems with it. Do you keep a library of screen shots? And are you likely to use them against us any time in the future?

I think you should be banned from this Forum. Calm down, no matter what you are doing you still remain a miserable little thing.

Thank you Orbit!
But we are on the Catch All and as CADTutor says:
If your question/comment/jokes doesn't seem to fit in any other category, it should probably be here. Maybe you have a query about a software [...]or you are looking for a hardware ...What I did not understand from the previous message (posted by Randysanders): is it a request for a software called Lips? Or maybe she/he need a hardware with this name?
Well, again I have problems because of my bad English...
This Forum is open for everyone; people with good sense of humor are especially welcomed :D
