This basic cad 3d solids model (filelinked into VIZ) could be used for a autocad Shade, Material Rendering Tutorials or could even be combined into the Bryce walk-thru that David mentioned earlier.

There is a LOT more that could be added to This. site work with ponds, pool, sidewalk, fountains, more Trellis and etc overhangs, site walls with arches, some additional architectural features added to the wall, stonework, (got lots of Textures for stone, marble etc)

just an Idea. let me know if you want something developed any further
i collect architectural and builders, real-estate magazines just for examples to look at.

or,

send a photo of something that is more familiar for you and we can develop something from just the photo.

Try 'great buildings online' not sure of the url though.

My local Architect is Charles Rennie McIntosh, cool dude.
he even designed the light switchs and door knobs etc when
designing a house.
