Changing the text color on plot from black to white

I presently have a screen text color of white. I am plotting to an image and the text size comes out black, which is not readable on the final plotted image.

I want it to print the same as on the screen. How can this be accomplished?

Change your text color to 255.

Have you tried to use properties and select all the text objects.
