The JPEG attachment shows my drawing. I need to change the PEM Companies. Normally, I would use "FIND" but for some reason that won't work. Anyone know what to do?

Is that title block an xref or a block? In either case, you should be able to double click on any part of it to open a reference editing dialog box. From there you can get into the block or xref to edit the text.

I double-clicked but it only opened up the edit box for the white text. The green "PEM Companies" is not in the options to change it's value.

Try the command "refedit" to edit the white text (asuming it's part of a block). Then "refclose" when done.

That's the thing, I don't need to edit the white text. I can edit that just fine. The green "PEM Companies" is the part I cannot change. I can't even click on it. Like it's not even there.

OK I misspoke, green not white, try "refedit" anyway. While in "refedit" mode, if you can't edit the GREEN text, "list" it to see what it is.

I don't get how "list" works.. I type it into the command field and it tells me to select objects. So I do, and I don't think it is even recognizing it.

OK, if you can't even select it, perhaps it's not text...(guessing)...maybe it's an image..try typing "imageframe" then "on". This at least would allow you to select/list (or delete) the image.
