Page Setups

Im maintaining a large libary of dwgs, 500+ files each with 3 paperspace layouts. Does anyone know if there is a way of setting the default page setups for each of the layouts without having to do so manually for each drawing. Every time out IT dept change the name of the plotter etc.. they're all wrong and the users have to change them manually every time they use a drawing. Other people must have come accross this problem surely?!!

Any help would be appreciated.

You could go into the setup of the printers and rename the printers to their old names. As I just did this morning!!!
