Hi everyone,

I drew a caster (wheels on a desk chair) in autocad just recently and was wondering if someone could help me polish it up. I'm really bad at 3d and viewports so I drew the side and front views in the normal x/y views. I was wondering if anyone could help me put it in the side/top/front/iso viewports kinda workspace. It would be great to have a 3D iso view of it but I can't get it to work.

Can someone please help me out. I'd owe you bigtime. Its for a presentation i'm going to have to make soon.

Give me a should if you can help: polk_audio_chris@yahoo.ca

An isometric view is a view of a 3d object not of a 2d object.

You will have to create a 3d MODEL of the 2d geomtry.

This may take a while depending on your curent skill level.

Try the 3D tutrorials on www.cadtutor.co.uk and www.autocadzone.com

Good luck
