Thanks for your help, I was trying to align the text to a spline - no wonder it wasnt working, you would have thaught ArcAligned would have given me an idea!!!

How can you get the space between the letters to be reduced? I assumne it is under Char Spacing but this box is greyed out - any ideas.

Oh sure, turn off the "Fit Along the Arc" setting and you will be good to go. Good luck :)

Might want to play with the settings a bit and see which combinations work better for your needs :)
