Tools drop-down on Status Bar

Is there a way to change the tools drop-down on the status bar back to individual icons for SNAP, GRID, ORTHO, OSNAP ETC (AS PER Acad 2006)????

It's starting to annoy me....everytime I drop it down, the SNAP gets automatically turned on. :(
