Rubys? Diamonds and Buried Treasure?

Aight, i saw a post about the "make faces" ruby and i was going to ask this in that thread, but i figured it'd get more attention if i just made a whole new thread... and i know better, nothing worse than hi0jacking a thread...

I'm running the free version of SU, i have no rubies! is this the case for the free version, or is there downloaded "ruby"s so that way i can do all kinds of neat tricks?

anyway, i'll post some more of my creations as soon s i figure out how to do things a tad simpler... :)

Yes, you can use most Rubies even with the free version. Just download them to your SU plugins folder and they should work.

Where is the "Make Faces" ruby? is that only for the pro version? ive tried searching for it w/ no luck. thanks in advance.

Try here....http://www.crai.archi.fr/RubyLibraryDepot/Ruby/makefaces11.rb
Download it to your plugins folder and it should be there under "Tools" in Google SketchUp.
