Has anyone else here tried the Modelpress 3D viewer? I downloaded the viewer, but not the publisher, and it is pretty cool. Instead of viewing a static 2D line drawing of you part, you can view the whole 3D item, rotate it, or just view and rotate a single part. You can also zoom in and do a few other basic things. It has a publisher so you can publish your AutoCAD 3D models into this proprietary format, but it is a 17 meg download. It compresses 3D files down by 75%. I guess you would use this for prospective clients so they can see your designs or proposal without them having the actual CAD file and being able to send it somewhere else to have it made.

That was a nice drawing! I wish ACAD had a "model tree" or whatever you want to call it, where you can just double click a part name to view just that part, or work on it. I know you can use layiso (layer isolate) from the express tools to turn all layers off except the one you want to work on, but I like the way it is set-up in Model-Press.
