Linetype going crazy

I need help...I have a polyline that goes skewy when I give it a linetype with text in it and I give it a width....it goes crazy on the curves...

This is the linetype definition.......
*WM50,--- 50 --- - --- 50 ---
A,3.75,-2.0,["50",ISO,S=1.8,R=0,X=-1.085,Y=-0.9],-2.0,7.5,-1.2,1.0,-1.2,1.0,-1.2,3.75

LTSCALE is set to 1....PSLTSCALE is set to 1 (also happens when it is set to 0).....happens in model space and paper space. The polyline width is 0.5.... :(

It sounds like a display problem. Does a REGEN fix the problem? Also maybe you can try to change the SHADEMODE to 2D :unsure:

SHADEMODE is 2D, and regen doesn't help.....:(

Have you tried Polyline Edit, Linetype gen (Ltype gen), and set it to 1.
