i have copied some lines with global widths into another drawing and the line is displayed and printed with an outline around the global width of the line in the new drawing..

Why is this happening and can someone tell me if it has to do with some inherent properties of that new dwg?

Thanks

Do You Want To Keep These Line WIDTHS?...if Not Then Explode Them

i need to keep the width. otherwise i would just change the global width to 0. The only way i can think of is to trace over it with a new line but the line is a complex line with lots of snaps.
