Break lines into individual segments?

I have just created a panel schedule using all basic lines. Is it possible to highlight all lines in the schedule and use a command to break them all into individual segments? I need them to be segmented where they intersect so that i can align text using the lines as center points. Is there a command that will do this?

Are you using 2005 or later? If so, using a TABLE object would make aligning the text a breeze....

Otherwise I would use a routine in ToolPac (http://www.dotsoft.com/toolpac.htm) to break by crossing object.
