3D Pool Slide

Hi All I'm wondering if anyone knows how to model a pool slide. Everything I'm trying doesn't seem to work. I prefer solids to faces. I can soften the item easier. I hope someone can help me :wink: Thank you

Is this something like what you are looking for? I created it by extruding a rectangle and a couple other regions on a path that was made from joining two archs. The ladder is just some simple solid boxes. If you want to add some curves to it it may take a little more work. http://www.jcfcadimages.4t.com/images/slide_1.jpg
