vb.net autocad wire with an arrow and text

Hi i am trying to code in .net a wire that look like this shape :

i tried to use a multileader insert code but i couldn't reach a flexible shape like this kind of shape .

So i think it has to be a mixture between polylines and multileader.

So please if there any one that know the code to get the above result

i'll apreciate your help.
