How can I trace a raw image

I have a spec sheet of a sofa I am using and I am trying to bring it into AutoCAD (2010). I have the elevation view and the section view (shown in the attachment of one of the images). How can I trace this image? I am aware of the trade command but it doesnt work with round edges... Do I just have to accept that this is the only way and then Ill fillet the edges? Or is there an option where the line follows every detail.... I could be thinking of photoshop, because it has a great tool to trace objects. Unfortunately I dont have photoshop...

I need help! ....

AutoCAD has the "sketch" command, but I'm not certain you'll be happy with the results.

Creates a series of freehand line segments - you would like then want to convert them to a polyline for further editing.
