RocketSurgeon
Several co-workers are saying utilizing rev clouds in SolidWorks is not as easy as it is in AutoCAD. Is there a preferred method drawing revision clouds in SolidWorks?
shift1313
its true there isnt really any revcloud functionality because its not a standard drawing practice rather than an Acad practice that has been used in many fields.....but there is somewhat of an answer. https://forum.solidworks.com/message/212061 Look at the post by Keith Parker. He made a macro that allows you to draw rev clouds easier. If you havent used macros in SW before I actually just did a video on this last night. http://www.mymlcservices.com/index.php?option=com_hwdvideoshare&task=viewvideo&Itemid=306&video_id=
RocketSurgeon
thanks for your response. I'm unfamiliar with using macros, so I'll check this out in the next couple days, after I finish this job.
