Ouch, why not make separate files? It's worth it in the long run, then you can batch plot them!
If you don't want to change the line type scale for every line, you can click on the desired line you want to change, type in "PR" or "PROPERTIES" or right click --> properties, find the line type...
Type in "EXPLODE" or "X" for the same thing. If this messes a lot of things up don't do it. If it works then try it and clean up whatever it is that you don't need,
