broncos15 Posted March 6, 2017 Share Posted March 6, 2017 I am trying to create a label style that would label the overall length and grade of a feature line/3D polyline. I know how to have the label style do general overall length; however, I cannot figure out how to have it calculate the general overall grade (i.e. (start z - end z)/general overall length). Where start z and end z are the starting z and ending z for the entire polyline/feature line. Is there someway to do this that I do not know about? If you open up the add labels, set feature: SURFACE and label type: SLOPE. Hope you have a surface if you are trying to get the slope.
