Sure. Do you know what one dimension on the object is supposed to be?

 

 

No I don't know any one dimension. I just got a site plan.

Like Remark go back to who supplied it to you and ask for at least one measurement like property frontage.

 

If you can access a nearmap image that is georeferenced you could use that for scale.

Keep in mind drawings are often purpose driven. With no scale or dimensions provided it may simply be conceptual and not even drawn to scale. I've created drawings from GIS data for preliminary estimates that were different once survey work was performed and we had accurate data to work with. Those preliminary estimates help explain to residents why requests may not be cost effective.

 

If you want a drawing for a different purpose request it, if you try to extract info that's not there you cannot blame what goes wrong afterwards on anyone but yourself.
