Is it me, or is the way that the sheet set manages imports layouts and the rename/renumber options backassward?

To me, the number field in the sheet set manager should correspond to the layout tab id which should be the sheet identification number,

The Sheet title should be just that, the text titles of the sheet.

For example

Number: MD-1

Sheet title: First Floor Mechanical Demolition Plan

Why does the rename/renumber panel offer to rename the layout tag to match the sheet title?

Frankly I’m not getting it..
