naren Posted April 5, 2017 Share Posted April 5, 2017 I have case to show 2 drawings in a single drawing where graphical data is same only changes in revision box, title box, and drawing number. Here condition is both drawings can’t be shown as separate files. So I have created two layers example for drawing 1 revision box, title box and drawing no. kept on layer 1, and for drawing 2 revision box, title box and drawing no kept on layer 2. Here problem is if I switch layer 1 in drawing I have to show outside file name became drawing 1 number, If I switch layer 2 in drawing I have to show outside file name became drawing 2, but this is to be done automatically without any manual editing. For these I have inserted field for layer 1 case, for layer 2 I tried to give same way but it is showing only layer 1 drawing number inside filed.
