cat3appr
Hello, I used to apply this procedure and it always worked, till now... i guess i'm missing something. Please see the screenshot, and this is the entire DWG https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B12JygCn5zCmU0ZNWWJ6TXhsa0E I need to rotate the panel in model space to match the viewport in paper space, as per photo. I've been doing this by applying the procedure: UCS / N / 3 / and then pick up the 3 corners.. I do this but is not working. Please let me know, I need to apply this method, no other commands. cheers! I

BIGAL
Like Rkent we also do UCS OB S "giveit a name" go to layout UCS R "giveit a name" PLAN then scale. Only word of caution is OBJECT needs to have generally zero z's else UCS will be a tilted plane. You drawing looks like a civil plan so using 3 points may be that you will end up with a Tilted plane rather than a view at 90 in the Z direction.
