mattador04
Hey folks, When using Inventor studio, I wish to have a camera 1 perspective for the first half of my animation, and a camera 2 perspective on the second half of the animation timeline. How can this be accomplished? Thanks!
shift1313
You can animate the camera so that the first part of your timeline the camera is in one spot, and then the second part of it you can have it snap to the other spot. Will that work? As far as i know you can add all kinds of cameras and motion, but the view and the render must be done by selecting a camera. At least that has always been my experience. So i would suggest setting up 1 camera. At the point in the timeline you want it to move select the little camera icon in the top right of the timeline to add camera action. Double click on it in the timeline. In the camera section there is another camera icon that says "definition". This will let you reposition the camera. You also have "time" options and can specify "Instantaneous" if you really want it to just snap to another position.
mattador04
Hey, thanks for the advice. I will do away with camera 2. I'll let you know how it goes.
