Default Block name to multi leader?

Hi, i am LT user, i always double click my block and copy the block name from the block edit menu, then exit and paste the name to multi leader. Just want to ask is it possible to make this whole action by macro? That means when i put the multi leader on my block, the block name auto paste to the mleader. I don't know if macro can manipulate the action of keyboard ctrl+c and ctrl+v or not?

Did a bit of research and you may be able to get at properties of an object via Diesel there is a getprop function but could not find a lot of information about using it. Found stuff like Length & Coords but examples used a ID and I dont know where that value came from.
