I've linked a dwg as colorful drawing, now i want to to appear as black. Is there elegant way to do it?

Visibility/Graphics > Import Categories. Expand the DWG and Shift+select all the layers. Change the Lineweight (use a 3 minimum) and Line Color to Black.

I'm sure you know, but I want to make sure others are aware that that number is arbitrary. There is a lineweight assigned to that number. It is possible that the assigned value, or the default for that matter, would not be suitable for the .dwg.
