    Default Viewports and Tabs

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

    Hi,

On the drawings we use at work, there is a box that we use in model space, to create viewports around them in paperspace to put in a border.

Not sure whether I've explained that right, i'm getting used to AutoCAD.

Is it possible to link that box somehow so that if it gets deleted, then the corresponding viewport and tab get deleted too?

    Regards

    Chris

No command but doable if box was a block and had layout name as an attribute or xdata then using lisp erase box delete layout.
