    Default Multi leader arrow is not 90 degree verticle

    How do i sent the multi leader arrow 90 degree vertical, i don't know why my show as angle like this. Horizontal leader looks fine.

    I don't quite understand your question. Multileader arrows don't automatically line up horizontally or vertically. If you used Ortho mode, they might.

    MLEADERSTYLE, modify that style, in Leader Structure tab set First segment angle to 90
