Default AutoCAD crashing when closing drawing

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

I am using AutoCAD 2016 (SP1) on Windows 10. Every time I close a drawing AutoCAD crashes.

    Does anyone have a solution/suggestion?

What steps have you taken to troubleshoot the problem so far?

Are you receiving any error messages?

So AutoCAD crashes on every drawing not just some drawings?

When did the problem first manifest itself?

    What changed?

Mostly do drafting related to manufacturing. From doing site layouts with proposed updates, additions and renovations to be budgeted and submitted for bid, to updating and changing existing drawings to reflect maintenance and repair/revision work done on site.

I have gone through the steps suggested by SLW210, but the problem persists. After further investigation I believe that the problem is being caused by the Cloudworx plug-in I am using, so I will contact Leica to see if they know how to resolve this issue.

Just remember to save the drawing(s) so nothing is open before closing.
