Smile Command for repeating an image around a circle?

Several weeks ago I was using a command in Autocad which meant when I had drawn a large circle, I could place (for example) a small circle within it and near the circumference and then input into CAD the number of times I wanted this repeated around the circle.

I can't recall what command this was, would be be much appreciated if anyone knows. Thanks!
