svorgodne
Hi everyone A colleague opens a DWG file from the files server. Another colleague opens the same DWG file right after. The first colleague loses automatically the rights on the opened DWG and cannot save it anymore. The second colleague gets all the rights of the opened DWG and now can save. Why is this happening? Thanks in advance
SLW210
Sounds like a network issue.
svorgodne
I thought so as well, but still I thought there were some system variable in AutoCAD that may be able to control the user permissions. Thanks for the answer
BIGAL
Autocad creates DWL1 & DWL2 which are lock files like SLW210 sounds like these are being erased.
