    Default One AutoCAD...new for 2019

Has anyone here tested out the new Toolsets feature of what is now being referred to as One AutoCAD? How does it actually work?

I'm going to give it a few months to work out the bugs and release some hotfixes. Hopefully it is better than the 2009 version for bugs.

I'm more curious about these "Toolsets". On the AD website it says download and use. I'm assuming once downloaded there is no need in the future to go back to download again. Users have access to several different toolsets too.

Essentially, Autodesk is just giving you a license to the other apps. Each one is a separate download and install, just like it's always been.

Architecture (previously known as AutoCAD Architecture)
Mechanical (previously known as AutoCAD Mechanical)
Electrical (previously known as AutoCAD Electrical)
Map 3D previously known as AutoCAD Map 3D)
MEP (previously known as AutoCAD MEP)
Raster Design (previously known as AutoCAD Raster Design)
Plant 3D (previously known as AutoCAD Plant 3D)

Well our structural engineer is going to be upgraded from 2013 to the new AutoCAD and has already voiced some interest in the Plant 3D and MEP toolsets.

Am i correct this 'One' principle is just a marketing and licencing term??
Essentially you download and install the vertical.
Too bad Autocad structural was killed in action before they thought of 'One'
Overall, structural engineering still is the most neglected, badly provided discipline in acad portfolio.
Make anything? Right, They haven't got a clue how..!

Just curious what opinions and experiences are on installing and use of these toolsets here.
