Transitional constrain is playing up in animation

Hi All,

See attached zip file (Drive constraint in assembly). I turned some of the components off to make it more clear.

 

As you can see everything is fine.

As soon as I want to drive this constraint in animation (Inventor studio), it goes up to certain level (see attached 1.jpg) but over by just a touch ( 0.01 over) it gives me an error (see attached 2.jpg).

 

As you can see the error occurs right on the turning point of the transitional constraint.

I tried a lot of ways to make it right but to me is a problem in Inventor.

 

Please help if you can
