    Default Alpha Maps!

    How do i do to insert an alpha maps image? Its a tree that i want to place in my drawings! Help plz!

    Do you wish to insert the "Landscape" items (as AutoCAD calls it)? There is a command (if I remmember correct it is LANDSCAPE ) which lets you add people, trees, signs etc in AutoCAD (you need to have their alpha images along with the usual ones). Moreover you can add your own items too. Try it out.

    Another option is to use the regular RMAT command, create a new material, use the required image, then add the Transparency image (Alpha image) to it. Apply it to a rectangular region before rendering.
