    Default PC Specs For Map3D

    Hello,
    Our organization is currently using 2006 Map3D. We have 2007 Map3D but the users don't want it installed yet.

    We are getting ready to order new pc's for the Map3D users and was wondering what you think about the specs below using Win XP Pro now & Vista in late 2007 for the OS.

    Intel 2 Duo Core 2.4 GHz processor
    2GB Ram 667MHz
    256MB ATI Radeon X1300 Pro video card
    80GB 10K RPM H.D.

    The link below will run it, but I would also recommend, if you want it to run smoothly, to get at least (preferrably more) 1g of ram, and your 3D video card to have a min. of 256m on it. Anything less will be a little choppy, and more of a potential to crash. (there is always crashing possibilities)
